    • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery. We do not ship our products internationally, shipping services are available only within The United States.

    • As a buyer of alcoholic beverages, you must comply with all local and state laws and regulations. We do not ship outside the United States, so all transactions must occur within U.S. borders.

    4. Out-of-Stock Items:

    • In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be refunded for the portion of your order that includes the unavailable item.

    • Purchases made in Illinois will be subject to Illinois sales tax.

    • Upon receipt of the alcoholic beverage, you confirm that you have obtained the appropriate permissions, paid any required fees, and are legally entitled to take possession of them.

    8. Shipping Origin and Times:

    • Sunset Liquors is located in Illinois, and we ship our products from there.

    • While we make every effort to fulfill orders punctually, please expect an average packing time of 1-3 days.

    • For shipping, please allow at least 3-6 days.

    9. Address Change Requests:

    • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, kindly make the request as soon as possible.
